Mood music

If people are interested, on our Facebook and Google+ Pages, we’re creating mood music playlists for all of our Storytelling games, which you can use as background in your games or just inspiration while writing.

You can see everything we’ve created so far on our YouTube channel.

Since I don’t see anyone else doing it, I don’t know if this is okay, but I have a few suggestions for the eventual Promethean playlist:

Amy Ray — Put It Out for Good

The chorus is right on theme, and there are other lines throughout that are very appropriate. Unfortunately, there doesn’t seem to be an studio version available on youtube.

    Brandi Carlile — The Story

A long, hard journey. Transgression. It reminds me very much of the short piece from the back cover of Promethean…if that piece had been a love song instead of horror micro-fiction.

The Smiths — There is a Light That Never Goes Out

Alienation, longing, failure, sadness, mad hope. There’s probably a lot of Smiths’ songs that could fit equally well on this list.

What, no Trinity?(the game formerly known as Aeon, not the continuum)
