While the Pugmire Kickstarter was on-going, Eddy was doing some secret testing for a new Pugmire project — Pugmire Live-Action Roleplaying! Now, on April 1st, we’re ready to share some photos taken of the players in the closed alpha of the Pugmire LARP:
A party of three players getting ready to go on an adventure. Aren’t the costumes great? They look JUST like real dogs!
A Mutt stray brings back an artifact of Man.
All of the characters met at the Bark n’ Bite Inn to meet with a mysterious stranger.
Two players testing out the combat rules. Looks a little aggressive — we may need to revise those rules more.
A new player testing out her “Puppy Dog Eyes” trick. Again, the costumers are just amazing.
We defeated the dire turtle! Even the enemy props are incredible looking!
We’ll keep you up to date on the progress of the Pugmire LARP project next April 1st!
So wait I don’t get it. Is the whole project an April Fools joke, or just these “LARP pictures”? I mean it’s funny either way I’m just a little lost.
