Our BackerKit crowdfunder for Exalted: Alchemicals has 10 more glorious days to go, as I write this!

So far, we’ve gone past 400% funding, lots of stretch goals, and I’m hoping we hit or pass 1500 backers before you read this – we’re just so darn close! We’ve been revealing parts of the text, including Charms and locations, and now we’re looking at Martial Arts this week – so become a backer and you too can read the book text during this campaign!

I’ve been really excited to bring the setting into third edition properly. Since Autochthonia is uniquely isolated from the rest of the setting and has historically been the last bit of each edition, it often remains a snapshot of the setting from the past edition right up until there’s a new book for it. Bringing Alchemicals in earlier in third edition has let us benefit from the evolution of the setting ethos generally and really emerge as an exciting place to play. One of my top goals developing the book was to make the Eight Nations a place Alchemicals would be proud to serve and save and I’ve been happy to see the fan reception to the depth we brought to each nation, not to mention the rest of the weird and wonderful machine-world that is the Great Maker.

A PEACEFUL MEETING

Mostly because we were setting down the last few details of our attendance at PAXu this coming Fri-Sun in Philly. I put this map up last week, but here it is again if you missed it. We’re using our booth for demoing of Curseborne, so we’re in one of the corner areas, and would love for any of you attending to sign up for a quick session of our new horror game:

Studio2 is down the “corridor” from us, and they’ll be doing the selling of our books while we concentrate on showing how Curseborne plays – live, right there at our booth!
