2. Hi, I sent a submission some time ago
   I really didn’t want to bother you but I’d like to know if I’ll get a reply even in case of a negative outcome.

   • Rich and Mike handle submissions, not I.

     Generally they’re pretty busy, so if they’re not interested in that particular submission, you may not hear back. Best bet is to try again with something different later.

3. Are these hardcover colour books up to the same standard as the original printed version?

   • They’re not 100% exactly the same, but they’ve very high quality, yes.
