It’s the Curseborne Kickstarter in week 3, and while the curses are flying fast and furious we’re going to remind everybody that this is the slooow week, so we’ve got a few ideas on how to keep on cursing!
First, just to touch base, we have lots of great pledging news as we’ve passed 500% of funding and are over 2250 backers as I write this! We’re closing in on yet another Stretch Goal, we’ve added three sections to the Tangled Webs supplement, there are three stories in the Fiction Collection, and we’ve achieved the Start-up Adventure supplement! Plus shirts and VTT tokens, and all the great SG rewards you’ve come to expect from us over the years!
Second, since this week is traditionally the slowest, we’re amping up the excitement by posting a section of the Curseborne text today, then Wednesday, and again on Friday!

And to help folks out, we’ll be holding our last AMA for the KS on Friday at 12 noon Eastern US time on our Onyx Path Reddit where we can all go over your thoughts after those three huge info…releases. Our previous AMAs have been fantastic, and you don’t only have to ask Curseborne questions – feel free to range anywhere you have thoughts!
Next up, let me offer a few Reward Tier reminders that might stir some interest:
If you want to get your local retailer Friendly Local Gaming Store involved more with Curseborne, we have three different Retailer package Reward Tier options, basically the regular traditionally printed book, the deluxe book, and then the ultra-deluxe slipcase edition. All at a discount and several copies. Judging by the way slipcase versions have gone in the past, if your retailer doesn’t get it now, they may not get a chance later as the slipcase means we’re ordering only so many as we get backer orders for so that they aren’t trying to ship us empty and far more breakable ones!
Then, we have two different art model Reward Tiers: for art for the corebook itself, and a less expensive version where your image will be in a later book. Either way, it’s a chance to start in on the ground floor depicted in a strange new world!
Next, and not at all coincidentally, this Friday is Curseborne night over at StartPlaying Games, where you can sign up to sit in on a game of Curseborne! Down below on this page we even have a coupon for a discount on whatever game you pick!

Today’s Monday Meeting was the first one in a while with all of us in attendance, which was nice.
The gang was out at Game Hole Con this last weekend, and Travis had this report:
I ran a demo of The World Below on Thursday, two demos of At The Gates on Friday, and two of Realms of Pugmire on Saturday. Thursday and Friday were sold out, whereas both games on Saturday had one unsold seat. The players seemed to greatly enjoy the demos and I was able to hand out Curseborne brochures and talk it up as well. On Sunday I ran the Curseborne ashcan for The Old Ways podcast live from the convention which is up as a VOD on their twitch at https://www.twitch.tv/videos/2281018981 and will be migrating to their YouTube in the next week or so.

Mazur also ran Cavaliers of Mars and Pugmire!
