Antaeus: Must the greater good be that of humanity?
Antaeus (narrating): Mankind works its hardest when it works against the benefit of mankind. People poison the air as easily as they breathe it. That is the conundrum humanity represents. Wars are fought over imaginary lines that dictate ownership of land, yet the acquisition of land was historically conducted by the powerful and wealthy. The newest wars are fought over resources that should belong to all.
Antaeus: So, perhaps I am the balance of the ecosystem. Its restoration.
