The titan Gaurak created vengaurak from simple burrowing insects. Scholars disagree on whether these vermin were born from deliberate creation or if they simply ate the leavings and crumbs left behind by Gaurak and his creations and grew mutated as a result. Whatever the truth of their origins, vengaurak are now a threat to communities across Ghelspad, Termana, and Asherak. Vengaurak tunnel up from their underground lairs searching for food — and they can consume almost anything. Totally fearless, they chase down anything that moves, but they have a special, unnatural hunger for those who worship the gods.
