Q: If I wish to order a copy of The Grand Masquerade release version of V20, do I need to purchase a Methuselah or Antediluvian Grand Masquerade ticket package?

A: No, anyone can order a copy of the Grand Masquerade release version.  However, a real person must be present with a copy of the receipt in hand to receive the order at the convention.  Technically people don’t even have to have a Grand Masquerade ticket to order the book online for pick up at The Grand Masquerade.  They just need to make sure that whomever they designate to pick up the book at the event for them has the receipt. Q: What exactly is the difference between The Grand Masquerade release of V20 and the version of the book that will be shipped out in October?

A: The Grand Masquerade release will have a special cover treatment that is unique to copies available at the Grand Masquerade only.  However, both versions of this book contain all the same content.  Both versions are full color and of the same prestige production value.  Regardless of which version is ordered it is an upscale prestige item of the highest quality.

Q:  Why were the MET rules not included in V20, and if sales of V20 do well what is the chance that a MET “V20 Live” companion product might be produced?

A:  V20 is the first new “Masquerade” product White Wolf has published in seven years and we know there has been considerable interest in seeing MET rules get incorporated into this project.  As stated in the past, the size and additional time requirements of such an undertaking made it prohibitive.  We would rather do MET V20 right and give it the full and proper treatment if the opportunity becomes available to us rather than making it an “add on”.  Additionally, V20 is over 500 pages without the MET rules.  A similar MET-oriented rule book would be about the same.  That’s just too many pages for one book.

In regards to the possibility of a future “V20 Live” project, that really will depend on an number of factors, including how V20 itself does.  The V20 project is very much a labor of love experiment, and it is  an opportunity for us to learn more about the demand for products like this one. The idea of a “V20 Live” project does have its champions but we need to see the response to V20 to inform future plans.

Q: I live outside the United States and want to order a copy of V20 but the cost of shipping is extremely prohibitive.  How can I get the book in a way that helps bring the cost of shipping down?

Q: Will I be able to get V20 from Amazon.com or any other online or local retailer?
