I handed Blood and Smoke: The Strix Chronicle over to the art director today. Based on current estimates for when art’s coming in and the CCP approval process, the PDF should be out in December.

? ? ?_? ?? Give Sexmurder!
Whoops. It appears ASCII art is not supported on this blog. Pity, I wanted to recycle the “Give Diretide” ASCII art people use for Dota 2. 😀
My money is yours.
Will there be any sex? will there be any murder?
Seriously, is there any consensus on how to designate the game lines with the GMC rules. Requiem Revised, etc? Just wondering what to call the games now.
“Revised” sounds good to me. Better than “1.99~”, which is what I was calling it on the forums a while back.
Hello Rose, I can’t wait to get my hands it in print. Can’t wait to read and absorb like a sponge all about the Strix. Quick question for you… Since it has been rumored here in blog entries that is suspect that the Koaigon of London might have something to do with re-emergence of Strix and that Ordo Draco is the most likely at possibly knowing them, would it stand to reason that they would be able to have found a possible remedy or temporary measure to have best fighting chance against them? Or in the very least to found a way to have a stalemate, aka like a band-aid solution until possibly the Strix adapt to the defense? example they found a way not to get possessed only?
Awesome, cannot wait to ‘unwrap’ this for Christmas!!
I assume it will be Jan-Feb before the print/POD format is available?
Hello Rose, I was wondering if there will be any mention about Threnodies?
I am stating what she had said earlier in public so she can correct me if I’m wrong, but all of Blood Sorcery is compatible with Revised. And yes, I’m now calling it Revised, per her other reply here.
I would say that the Ordo has stepped up with the new scales and additional coils, the Lancea and Circle have benefited from Blood Sorcery to become flexible. I’d somewhat/kinda love to see a Invictus/Carthian resource be made. I only say “somewhat/kinda” because for well over a year we have been using a really nice house mechanic to roleplay long term projects to power over business and political groups in our chronicle. I really should type it up and release it. One player is currently using it to whip up public anger against a city project, and two are engaged in false front businesses battling each other downtown.
